Gtx 770 54 fps in far cry 3

So at 1440x900 my 770 on high-ultra gets dips to 54 fps avg is 70 but why i dip to 54? cause the i5 3350p? Or the gpu isn't that great.

that shouldn't be happening, that is a really high end 770, you should be getting above 60fps with no dips below 60.

What drivers are you using? Are they current?

i5 is fine.

wow it dropped even to 49 fps wtf? i lowered the aa is this gpu weak? Cause i really want to play fc 4 but according to that i wont get more than 50 fps in it... the cpu usage is 100 for all four cores gpu usage is 96 cpu temp 72c gpu temp 65c
