GTX 770 and this motherboard?

I received a GTX 770 (EVGA Classified 4GB) as a gift. My old motherboard refused to boot with it. (MSI P67A-C43) I eventually bricked it after flashing so many BIOSes to attempt the card working. It's a old board and it wouldn't post with the card in. (1 Long beep, 2 short). I know the problem isn't with the card since I took it to my buddy and he dropped it in his motherboard and he could post with it.

Point is will the GA-Z77-DS3H work with this card fully? No headache installation hopefully?

Yes, you should have no problem using the GTX 770 with the GA-Z77-DS3H.
