I have inherited a Desktop from a smoker and I'm in the process of stripping it down, cleaning and rebuilding it. It all works OK, but it has 2 broken blades on one of the PNY NVIDIA GTX 770 cooling fans. The three fan are incorporated in the plastic cover for the card so they cannot be replaced. They are the 4-pin 11 blade Power Logic model PLA08010S12HH fans.
Can I run the Video card with 2 broken blades without destroying the card? Just using it for streaming and possibly a NVIDIA Game or two? If it has to be replaced, does anyone know where I can acquire another three fan cover? I've scoured the Internet and cannot find the part, new or used. It is the snap on cover, four snaps on the top and three on the bottom.
