GTX 770, buy now or wait a little longer (after Ti release)?

I currently have a HD 7870, but just wondering what people think.
On OverclockersUK there is a weekly deal of the GTX 770 either the "Gainward GeForce GTX 770 2GB" from £239.99 to £233.99 (not much of a drop) or the "Inno3D GeForce GTX 770 iChill 2GB" from £287.99 to £233.99 (although currently Out of Stock). What would the main difference be between the 2 cards, and do you think it is worth getting? Or do you think I should wait and see if the price drops a more once the Ti version gets released which was announced last week?

Really, the 770 is a great card and will serve you well for many years. Plus until the 26th it comes with AC4 Arkham Origins and Splinter Cell Blacklist, you can never always have the newest tech, technology advances so quickly now days it's unbelievable.
