GTX 770 Crashes under load.

I recently installed a new geforce gtx 770, and whenever I put it under load (like a game that's graphically demanding) I get a few seconds of color and picture distortion followed by a black screen.

I have the latest drivers installed and I've tried using a different PCI-e slot.

Any ideas?

If worse comes to worse, I'll send it back to newegg.

i7 Haswell

32gb ram

gtx 770

850 watt PSU

I think your gpu might be dying. does it look in any way similar to this

i assume you are using anything but vga as input.All other are digital so signal degradation wont be a problem.
Get it rma'ed
