I've had the ASUS GTX 770 since June, and have had great results...until today. Within minutes of jumping into a match in BF4, my GPU would lose connection to my monitor. My computer itself would still be running (fans and what not), but the monitor would refuse to read the HDMI cable. I tried dialing down the already oc settings, changing PhysX to CPU instead of GPU, but still yielded the same results. Any ideas?

Solution
there are three possibilities

1-faulty hdmi cable, try replacing it

2- graphic card failing, which under any circumstances I think you have warranty still with it

3- the most unlikely and unlikeable, failing monitor

then there is probably something wrong with the VGA cable or HDMI. try testing other games and test you cables on other computers for further analysis.
