Hello I just received a recertified gtx 770 to replace my r9 280 that was giving me a bunch of issues. I have tested it on a few games and seems to be running fine no overheating or anything but when I run it in gpu z the voltage readings flicker from .9-1.2 and no information about every .1 seconds. The r9 280 I had in before kept constant vddc readings and I am wondering if t here could be something wrong with the card? I have a Rosewill Valens-600M gold series psu. The card also keeps a coreclock speed of around 150mhz when not in a game, but I assume this is part of its power saving feature..

So you are saying this constant flickering of voltage is normal? Because it was not on my amd card. Only reason I am concerned is because it seems like this is something that could easily damage the card as it shows its not getting a steady current.

It's normal, it happens o your CPU as well, it happened on your AMD as well, but you didn't see it and it will not damage the card!

Gpu z did not show any fluctuation in the voltage readings on my amd I tested the exact same way and the amd gave me a solid bar with a consistent voltage. This nvidia is giving me consistent spikes throughout going from 9ish to --- voltage. I guess since it's working fine I should just ignore it I have a 3 year warranty anyway.
