GTX 770: Gigabyte vs EVEGA

Hello,

I'm in the market of buying a new GTX 770, and can't decide between Gigabyte's Windforce model and EVEGA's Superclocked ACX model listed below.

There basically the same price ($340 vs $345), so I was wondering if any of you have any personal experience that could sway my decision from one or the other. If there are any other better models around $340 that you like better, please feel free to talk about those too. Oh and anyone had experience with EVEGA Step up?

I'd go with EVGA for the warranty and support. I have no experience with the Step Up program.
