Gtx 770 is it from 2011?

So when it come to gaming gpu question some ppl say the 770 is old for games like watch dogs ac4 etc even it wont get steady fps in skyrim on ultra about 3 ppl told me that the 770 is from 2012 and i was sad cause i saved like year for this gpu and am mad i can't max out any game from 2011 on 1440x900 but yesterday one dude said it was from 2011 and i was like what??? i though 500 series are from 2011 600 2012 and mine 770 is from 2013 correct me if this isn't true.

Came out Late May, early June of 2013.
Whats the rest of your specs I max out skyrim easily on one 770, even more with 2 770's

What are the other system specs? A gtx 770 can max most games @ 1080p. A single one of my 4Gb 770s will max watchdogs and get a 30 fps average. I can get 60 avg in sli, but the game has issues after awhile with sli so I just run 1 till the issues get fixed. But Skyrim shouldn't be a problem.

I get 40 fps on ultra with 1440x900 yes it can max all games but not on 60fps as i like to also no dips i5 3350p 8 ram 1600mhz
