gtx 770 power consumption questions.

I have a PNY GTX 770 and it really does not have the same power delivery as other vendors. Like I am pretty sure the Asus direct CUII PCB works better for overclocking. So does the PNY take less power from the PSU..?? All the 770's pretty much have the same TDP and PSU requirements. I think at is around 230w TDP maybe less. I have an AX760, would this be optimal for 2 PNY gtx 770's?

i guess that's the psu is not a good one, i forgot what name of the psu of my brother but it is bronze 80+

Wow that seems pretty tight. The FX8350 has a pretty high TDP when it is in turbo or when running at a big load. I had an HTPC, just a Small form factor case and a small PSU (240w). And I was using a Radeon HD 6450 with this system. And eventually the PSU died. I only had it for 6 months. and the HD 6450 only uses about 75 watts. But it was a crap system with a crap PSU.
