I have a Antec HCP-850 and a GTX 770, I am debating on getting another for SLI as well as a 750 (possibly Ti) for physix, should this PSU be able to handle that or would I need to bump up to a higher capacity PSU? IF its close, would it just limit each cards performance, or is it more likely to crash my system?

A pair of 770s on an overclocked system will pull around 575-600w at peak load, adding a 750 Ti will put you around 650w tops, 850 is plenty :)

That said, I don't think you would need to add a PhysX card to a 770 SLI system.

850 is plenty for that.

I have a Corsair ax850...runs my 3570K (OC) and 2 780's SC just fine.
