GTX 770 SLI or GTX 780 SLI ?

Hey guys ive just finished building my new RIG but I gave my GTX 670 to my friend so I need a new GPU so what card should I get I can afford 2 cards but not sure what 2 cards to get please help me out I want to be able to play any game I want on ULTRA with good FPS.

The cards im looking at for SLI

1. Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 3GB.

2. EVGA GeForce GTX 770 Classified ACX 4GB.

CPU > i7 4770k @4.5Ghz.
RAM > Corsair 16GB @ 2133Mhz.
MOBO > Asus Z87 MAXIMUS VI GENE.
HDD > 2TB WD Caviar Black.
SSD > OCZ Vertex 4 256GB.
PSU > Corsair HX 1050W.
CPU Cooler > Corsair H100i.
Monitor > BenQ XL2420T @ 144HZ 1920 / 1080P

Either of those are a total waste of cash for a single 1080p display, especially those 4GB 770's. Though I'm guessing you don't care about money given the rest of your setup, so why not blow the rest of it on two 780's.
