GTX 770 underperforming in only one game.

Hello guys.I bought my PC like one year ago and back then i was playing CS:GO with 300 fps while playing on ultra and now im playing at very low and getting only 80-150 fps and its kinda unplayable because its only stuttering.I decided that my GPU is broken or something and downloaded BF4 and Bioshock Infinite so i can see what FPS i get there....I was getting 50-70 FPS at BF4 with ultra settings and antialising and anistropic 8x and at bioshock ultra i was getting 100-150 fps.So i my question is why is my fps in cs;go so low and its almost unplayable.I tried reinstalling the game, same shit.

8gb ram,corsair vengeance 1600
corsair rm750 psu
gigabyte z87-hd3 motherboard
