Yeah I think they are a great combo, both very powerful and great price to performance as well, the 4670k is a great CPU and the 770 is also a fantastic GPU, you would have a good time with that combo.

Yes the 770 and 4670K make a great gaming combo, should be happy with it, haven't had a chance to go hands on with the GPU you chose but have heard some good things about them
That's sufficient. I would spring for a 4 GB card if you are going to go beyond 1920x1080 at any point in the future. I am already using 1500-1800 megs in some games at 1080p.
Personally, I would get the cheapest self-overclocking/"boost" GTX 770 you can find. The MSI would be a fine choice.
The ASUS or EVGA 770 is the best 770 to get, unless you want to go for more than 1920x1080p then stick with the 2gb (you can always OC this card. The Asus Direct CUII and Evga's cooling solution is superior in comparison to MSI, palit etc. Not to mention the fantastic customer service.
I personally would avoid MSI, stick with your original choice, EVGA or ASUS.
