Gtx 780 30 fps

Hi guys. Sometimes when I start a game, most of the time it run at 30fps. To fix the problem I have to reboot the PC, then it run at 60fps. Any help?

asus gtx 780
ram 8gb

Check for fps capping,
I recommend using EVGA precision X
And force triple buffering in you Nvidia control panel in 3d settings
Either way, scan for viruses if suspiciouse

Is your display only 30hz at 1080i? If you are using an HDTV, you are probably selecting 1080i at 30hz when you should be selecting 1080p at 60hz. Turning off vsync may help but if your FPS goes over the refresh rate of your display you will have massive screen tearing.

No, I have an AOC i2369v, and all games run at 60fps when I reboot the PC. I can't turn off vsync because I get to much tearing, and I hate it. I have already unpark my cpu cores, unistall and install within clean mode the gpu drivers, but the problem persist. Could it be an hardware problem?
