gtx 780 asus vs msi

The ASUS gtx 780 direct cu is $310, MSI gtx 780 is $320, and the ASUS gtx 780 poseidon is $330. My question is are there really any significant differences between the three and if there are any would it be worth the extra money to get the MSI or the poseidon?

I would take the MSI, the ASUS is only worth while if you plan to watercool, however, look into a 970 from MSI or ASUS.

It pulls nearly 15% increased performance over the 780, for a fraction more.

I would normally go for the 970 but the 780 comes with the borderlands prequel right now which is a $60 value itself and I could easily sell online.
