Solution

No worries, I'm happy to help. Let me know later on how you go. :)

If you're satisfied with what I've said already I'd appreciate it if you could select one of my answers as the solution, but I completely understand if you'd rather wait until you have tried absolutely everything to get it to work. I don't think there is anything else that you could try though, after you reseat it in the motherboard. :)

Everything in this build is brand new yes? Or were you using a different GPU before with those other components? If you were previously using a different GPU you will need to download display driver uninstaller to remove all traces of previous drivers so that windows can see the new card properly. Do you see the bios splash screen with the gpu connected to the monitor, or nothing at all?

Yes its Brand new.splash in the screen nop cant see anything.but ive been wondering maybe its not fit in the pci slot properly because when i put other gpu in pci slot its a bit hard to unplug but the new gpu its easy to unplug.

Well, make sure it clicks in securely and don't be too scared to give it a little pressure. Don't press too hard though. If you can't get it to work you need to RMA the card unfortunately. The place you got it from will sort it out for you :)
