Probably the EVGA ACX then the Gigabyte, thing with Gigabyte is they sometimes have problems with the fans clicking, and EVGA are meant to be excellent.

I personally have a Gigabyte 770 and the card runs great and is very easy to overclock withe MSI afterburner, I have not had any problems with fan clicking or loud fans. For OC, I would go with the Gigabyte version, the Windforce cooler is great for overclocking. Hope this helps!
