GTX 780 first or CPU & Mobo?

*Note: No matter which path I take first, I'll have them before the end of October for Battlefield 4.

1) Get a GTX 780 first and wait about a month of working to get the i5 3570k & mobo. My i5 2400 is capable of running a GTX 780 (I've tested myself) and it only bottlenecks in very CPU demanding games like Crysis 3. I can play Arma 3 and Metro Last Light PERFECT. Also, I don't really play CPU demanding games a lot so its not like I really have to worry about it. Battlefield 3 has a tiny bottleneck where the GPU bounces between 92-98% usage. But other than that I'm getting about 2x-3x the performance than my HD 7850 on MOST of my games.

2) Or should I get the i5 3570k and Gigabyte Z77 mobo and wait a month for the GTX 780. I can have the base of support with the CPU and mobo, but I know that my current rig won't be bottlenecking most of the games I play. I'm currently playing games like CoD, Mass Effect Trilogy, BF3, BioShock Infinite, Saints Row The Third, Crysis 2, Skyrim, Borderlands 2 (I've tested all of them and they don't bottleneck).

Non overclockable mobo. CPU is locked @ 3.1 GHz.

My rig can handle the GTX 780, but when CPU is a big factor then the bottlenecks kick in. Like Crysis 3 on my friends rig (i7 2700k @ 4.5 GHz) he is getting an extra 15-20 frames more than the GTX 780 in my rig with the same settings. My CPU usage would be in the 90%s and GPU would be in the 50-60%s.
