gtx 780 in 2016 worth it?

So, now all those new games are here and i really want to play games 1080p medium/high settings but that actually is not possible with a 750ti....(still a beast card)

I looked on a website were you can buy secondhand stuff and i saw a gtx 780 for 140 euro,
Is it worth to take one in 2016?

I also saw a gtx 960 4gb for 150 euro.
should i take one of those?

My specs:
1080p 60fps monitor
500 watt psu
i5 4670
msi z97 gaming 5 mobo
gtx 750ti

I am currently playing: overwatch, black ops 3, ark survival evolved, The witcher 3 and gta

The GTX 780 is considerably powerful than the 960 so i'd go for that if you wanna decide between both.

They're at a good price range, you'll be able to run with decent fps in medium for sure in all games, high might depend on which games but probably on the majority off them.

If ever get some more money, there's the GTX 1060 3GB which is a very nice GPU for now on a budget price, you might wanna consider it if you can, it'll be able to max-out almost every game in 1080p at 60fps!
