Gtx 780 is it worth it

Hi I have found a gtx 780 and wondering if it's still good for gaming on 1080p today

If you have a system that won't bottleneck it, then it should run fine for gaming at 1080p for most titles.

Obviously some games are more demanding than others, so dont expect ultra settings and some can be more CPU bound.

Not really, depends on what you would be paying for it. Here is some regression testing done with a 780 ti which is quite a bit more powerful than the normal 780, it gets beaten out by a 960 in bf1. Unless that 780 is dirt cheap there are likely better options for the money.

those specs are fine for a 780

If it was for 150 USD should I still get it or get a 225 dollar gtx 1060 6gb. They are both used

Get the 1060 6gb. I upgraded from a 780 to the 1060 6gb, and its worth the extra.
