Gtx 780 low fps all games

I have tried both windows 7 and windows 8.1 in bf4 on max I sit around 30 - 50 fps. On dota 2 I'm getting around 40. Rest of specs:
I7-4770k 4.4 GHz
Gtx 780
8gb hyperblu ddr3 1600
Gigabyte ga-z87-oc mono
Corsair 750w

Have you just recently got the card? or is it something that has just started to occur? if you have only just got it, Id say you probably have a faulty Card... its nothing to worry about, i had a faulty R9 280x. Just Ask your supplier for an RMA Number and give them a brief explanation as to what is not working properly.

Also, maybe try Drivers that aren't in Beta form... im not sure if that would help but thier might be a problem with the drivers themselves

Resolution is 1920 x 1080.

I think its just the unlucky case of receiving a Faulty Card. A way i checked to see if My card was faulty was by running the Unigine Heaven 4.0 Benchmark.. i Got half the score everyone else was getting with the same card.

give it a try, it free to download.. you should score about 1600+ with an i7 4770K + 780 if its a significant amount lower then i would say it is faulty.
