GTX 780 on 2560x1080?

I'm debating upgrading my 1680x1050 monitor with a small nick on the screen with an Ultra-Wide 2560x1080 monitor. My main concern is that my GPU, the GTX 780 might not be able to run games at that resolution, so I came here.

You think I could do it?

(my other specs are i5-6600K and 16gb RAM)

2560 x 1080 isn't that demanding. A GTX 780 will easily run that without trouble.
