GTX 780 or 2 GTX 670's in SLI?

I am trying to upgrade my GTX 660 Ti to 2 670's or 1 780.
My system:
AMD FX 8350
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
16 GB @1600 MHz

What are your thoughts?

You don't need the the exact brand, as long as it's a 660ti, it should work.

Wait amd is going to release their 9000 series next month and then prices will come down and u have a lot of options.
