GTX 780 or GTX 780 ti?

I was thinking about buying the gtx 780 or gtx 780 ti, but for the gtx 780 ti I have to wait like 2-4 months from now, while the gtx 780 I can buy it right now. The question is if it is worth waiting for?
So can you please tell me.
