Question Gtx 780 Problem (black screen and game crashing)

Update: the gpu stays with the /!\ all the time and it does not show the clock memory etc rate on afterburner and gpuz

if i try to start lets say fortnite i start the game everything works fine i go into one of the modes (the 3d module starts then) and after ~10sec i get a black screen and crash.
sometimes i cannot even use it (look screenshot) Please i need help.
Ps. i changed my whole mobo ram and cpu idk if this could be the problem

Specs:
Cpu: i7-4790k (4-4,4ghz Depends on the usage)
Gpu: Gtx 780 Ghz Edition
Ram: Hyperx Savage 4x4gb 1866mhz
Psu: Thermaltake Toughpower 700w (2008)
Ssd: Adata Su650 240Gb

i tried it it did not work tried to change psu too, looks like my gpu is dead and i just got it like 3 weeks ago
