GTX 780, shouild I consider it?

Hi guys, I'm asking if I should go with the GTX 780 rather than buying a GTX 770 or R9 280x...


My budget is tight and also planning to buy a gpu when my pc is built...

And so, is it worth saving the money by buying a GTX 770/R9280x now or save it and earn my money to buy the GTX 780?

You should wait for the 800 series to be out, with the 880 rumoured to be between the 780 and 780 ti in performance, the 780 price will drop, hat is when you should buy it, the 770 and on games high/ultra but 780 can run games ultra/ultra

Unless you absolutely need the 780, a 770/280x should be fine for most usage, and with the 800 series coming out in the very nearish future, I wouldn't see a lot of need to plow money into a 780 now when prices are likely to drop in the near future.

Recently, The new Nvidia cards [GTX 970 and 980] were released and they were really good especially the price to performance ratio. Comparing it with the current GTXs, it's definitely better. I might get one as soon they start shipping it overseas.
