GTX 780 SLI or 780 TI..Which would be better for this system

I am not having my PC built as most of the time I just do not have the time with my 2 kids and one needs alot of attention because of some issues. Anyway I will be buying from somewhere else. I just wanna know what you guys think if I may or may not get a 1440p monitor right now it will be on a 1080p monitor. So I wanna know to go with dual 780s or a single 780 ti video cards. Here is the system specs I am looking at.

Overclocked I7 4770k
16GB Corsair 1866 Vengeance Ram
1000+ PSU probably Corsair
240-250Gb SSD
4TB HDD
Asetek or Corsair 240MM closed loop water cooler

Also as for a case I am looking at the Corsair 550D. But I would like more suggestions on a wonderful case hopefully with dust filters I would not mind it being a small case. I also do not care about bling and all the lighting I am the only one who sees it.

Any suggestions would be helpful. I have made my PCs in the past so I know how to do it. Just with a disabled child and I am a stay at home dad its rough with him coming in and out. But i priced it out and I am not paying much more. And if you guys have any good suggestions on a boutique PC dealer.

With that killer system , a single 780 of any type is more than sufficient.

Yeah I figured that but wanna be set for the future for awhile.
