I recommend no less than 850W for 780 SLI. A good PSU like an EVGA SuperNova G2 would work, but 850W is about the minimum you want with two 780's in SLI.

An EVGA SuperNova G2 1000W would give you good headroom. For $20 more than the 850W, it is the better choice. Take a look at the JonnyGURU review.
