Hello all,

I recently purchased another GTX 780 to add to my rig, totaling two now. I have been trying to get it to work with 3D Surround. And after putting everything together it worked, for just a split second, then I got a blue screen and my computer crashed.

I took a look inside and noticed the bridge that I was using said crossfire on it, WHOOPS! Should I be worried? Both units seem to be working fine, I have since removed the bridge.

Was the blue screen caused by the crossfire bridge? I would assume it was but wanted to get a second opinion. Why would it even fit/work at all?

If the crossfire bridge didn't cause any damage then you should be ok once you get an nvidia bridge. Without a bridge installed the video card that you have the monitor connected to would still work like normal. After you install the bridge you need to activate SLI in the nvidia control panel.
