Dear all,

I have an old setup for several years, here is the list:

Intel core 2 quad Q9400
Gigabyte EP-45 UD3R
2x2GB DDR2
MSI GTX 560 Ti 1GB
Adata 60GB SSD
1 TB WD HDD
Enermax PRO 82+ 550W

My question is, if GTX 780 Ti will worth it. For example if cpu is not too old and this will be the weakpoint of less FPS or something that I don't know (more RAM propably?!). I don't wanna spend fortune for this cause I don't play to much, getting old :) Otherwise I have to buy complete new desktop cause this is old socked, ddr, sata. I can get this GPU for aproxx 230euro. Thank you

You will see a difference in performance for sure, but the cpu, ram and motherboard will seriously bottleneck the performance. In other words, wait til you can afford to replace your mobo, cpu, ram and gpu. Then upgrade.
Hope I helped.
[edit] a cheaper solution would be to buy a lower end card, it'll cost less and shouldn't be bottlenecked as much. Although 4gb ram is not really enough nowadays.

Will the performance be better than the 560 ti - Yes

Will the performance be held back by the q9400 - Yes.

In my opinion, only get the 780 ti if you intend on upgrading your motherboard/cpu/ram.
