What Gpu card in fact better? GTX 780 Ti? OR GTX 690?
If look on specifications - GTX 690 better by parameters.
Then why all people said gtx780 ti better? Why? please explain to me!

I wouldn't say one is better than the other. They are pretty much the same IMO.

Anyways although I may be out of topic, get the 900 series which will be released very very very soon. 😀

690 is a more powerful setup but 780ti is a better option. The 690 runs out of ram before it runs out of performance.

Although 690 may be better on paper, it is not a good buy at the moment. Neither is 780Ti atm really, with 9xx series about to release very soon (couple weeks). Wait for it and grab the newer cards which have a much larger frame buffer (4gb) as opposed to the 2gb on 690 or the 3gb on 780ti.

Even though most games wont use all that vram many will especially if you plan to go with a high res screen considering 2k and 4k are becoming mainstream and cheaper.

first of all 780Ti doesn't have scaling issue like 690. if a game is not supported by SLI 690 will only able to use one of it's gpu and perform like a single 680. also there is a matter about price. AFAIK nvidia never did officially drop 690 price.

The 780Ti is newer technology. It's single GPU compared to the 690's dual GPU (2 x GTX680's). It has 2gb vram.

See - http://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Video-Card-Performance-2GB-vs-4GB-Memory-154/ - the 2gb vram won't make much difference to performance (as also shown in the Tom's BF4 link)

The 690's cost more though - over $1000 compared to $700 (max) for GTX 780Ti's

Your link is from more than two years ago and its ultimately showing the limitations of the gpu power or memory bus width.

Ultimately it would be the game as the deciding factor.
