GTX 780 Ti SC

Okey so when i play at low settings my fps on Battlefield 4 is 90-130 on operation locker! and when i play on ultra i have 45-90 i have GTX 780 Ti SC and AMD FX 6120 is this a big bottleneck or just a small one. Becuase i've seen other people with the same card but another cpu get 70-130 fps on ultra!

it shouldnt be much of a bottleneck in a game like bf4 which is heavily CPU dependent...
but the CPU does play a factor in why you are getting lower fps...

Are you gaming at 1080p?

How frequent are your dips?

If you get a faster cpu you should see an increase...

I have a 3570k with an asus gtx 780 ti and I'm 1440p.

When using ultra settings my frame rate would fluctuate from 58 to 70 fps

My max was about 90 however this was not a regular occurrence.

My lowest frame rate on that Map was around 45 however this happened very rarely...

I've never tried setting my monitor to 1080p however because 1440p has approximately two times more pixels & I would assume that
I would get much higher fps...

Based on what you're telling me your frame rate is worse than mine because you have regular dips to 45 fps and I'm using a 1440.

I heard That that Ram also plays a role in when playing online. make sure your ram is optimized
