GTX 780 TI vs 970 vs 980 vs 980 TI

Hej guys

I can't choose which gpu to buy? I want a gpu that i can use for 2/3 years with no problem.
I'm a hardcore gamer and i hate hate hate lag

My specs:
I5 4690K
750w Seasonic
500GB samsung ssd
Current gpu: Sapphire R9 290

Go with the 980ti, it has the advancements of the 9xx series over the 7xx series and the ti means it has more shaders than the base model 980. I would recommend this model here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121972&cm_re=asus_980ti-_-14-121-972-_-Product if you want real performance without paying the extra for a classified version which I don't really know what's so special about them anyway.

If you can afford it go with the GTX 980 Ti its about the fastest GPU on the planet right now until the new cards come out.

The classified model is the same price as the asus card listed above and evga offers the best waranty and customer service in the industry. Also they are usually higher binned chips meaning better overclocking and also multiple bios's for loading custom bios or even higher overclocking. For the same price the classified card from evga is the better buy.

Really, I haven't recommended the Classified because my friend paid like $730 for his and wasn't getting performance that justified the extra $100, maybe worth another $30/$40

if you have the money, the best 980ti to get is the gigabyte g1, dont get a kingpin from evga, deffo not worth the extra money, even jayztwocents thinks that.

I wouldnt buy a gigabyte videocard if it was 80% off. They have tons of issues with shipping bent and warped pcb's. Honestly the ftw model or classified so you get multiple bios's so you can do some good overclocking. The new msi lightning model is really nice too. Evga = best customer service in the industry. This sole reason is why i always roll evga. Also the kingpin is pure copper on its cooling vs others

I've had mostly good luck with EVGA and there tech support has always been good when I've needed it. One family member had a run of bad luck on the 560 ti, 2 cards had fan issues and they upgraded him to a GTX 570.
