GTX 780 voltage??

I have seen a few different sites with each having a slightly different Voltage for GTX 780s. Right now I am mostly looking at the EVGA GTX 780 SC/ACX and the Asus GTX 780 DCII. EVGA has at the lowest 1.1625v Boost. which is low. The highest is 1.212v. Asus is all over the place with users complaining of the voltage being locked at 1.175 even when trying to overclock. If anyone has the right info on either of these two Graphics cards let me know please.
Note: I am pretty sure all reference Kepler GPUs are locked. ie GTX 680 1.2v

Solution
hard to always tell, and there are also many factors, one of which is where you live (hot or cold temps), which can seriously effect overclocking, a system is the next (predominantly the PSU and motherboard), which some can limit the overclock.

Yes...The voltage does vary... trying to find what it the voltage is at a full load, max voltage using OC tools. If I was getting one I would want to make sure that I am getting the best performing Graphics card. I would hope that the GPU would hit 80-90% power on average.

you may not ever find the information your looking for, and if you did, it may not always be correct.

It is quite easy to find the best performing graphics card for someones needs, no need to go right down to voltage! The voltage capability is one thing, but the cooling and stableness when overclocking is another.

Did you want us to recommend you a GPU specific for your needs?

well I just want one that performs as it should...I use a GTX 670 and it hovers around 60-70% power...Can't even clock it to get the performance advertised
