GTX 780Ti Fan Issue

So a few nights ago i noticed a pretty loud fan noise in my case so I decided to take a look inside and noticed one out of two of my GPU fans weren't working, It tries to start spinning but then stops and then tries again, the weird thing is but GPU temp isn't going to insane temps. It also starts spinning fine when i reboot my pc then just stops.

Seems like electrical connections. Try to reseat the card and make sure that the wire connecting your fans to the board are secure. Make sure there isn't anything blocking the fan from spinning.
