Hello everyone, I am planning to buy a EVGA SC GTX 950 2GB and I was wondering if the PSU would be able to handle it. The PSU is a 600W Sentey STY60-PS http://www.sentey.com/media/Features/Powersupply/BCP/600-OS/etiqueta_fuente_460.png
I have been running my PC for about 3 years without any problems. Here are the system specifications:
CPU: A8 3850
GPU: HD 6670 2GB DDR3
RAM: 2 Kingston hyperX 4GB 1866mhz
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-A55M-DS2(Socket FM1)
I know that the PSU is quite bad and I will replace it when I upgrade the whole System. In the meantime, i really want to improve my gaming experience with a new GPU. Any advice would be greatly appreciated time and I apologize for my english, it is not my native language. Thank you for your time.

Nope.

Your machine should need around 250W, maybe 300, and most of that comes from the 12V rail.

The label you posted is from a different model of PSU, the Sentey BCP600-OC, not the Sentey SY60-PS. And according to its own label, the SY60-PS can't even do 170W on 12V.

That is, of course, assuming the label can be trusted, which in the case of Sentey isn't a guarantee.

If you would track down my threads, about a day ago I posted a question in the components forum regarding a blackout (power cut) issues. Had some static sounds here and there from my PSU and at that moment, i was SO GRATEFUL that i bought a cooler master V rather than a CORSAIR VS 650W as it saved MY ENTIRE RIG for having a power surge right after the power came back. Erm so the lesson would be: Buy a quality PSU first and you will never regret it man!!! Never EVER go cheap with a PSU. Cheers mate!

Thanks a lot for your answers. I am aware that the PSU is trash but I have been using it for a long time in light gaming and a friend is using the same power supply with a R7 360. Anyways, what do you guys think about a Seasonic M12II 620W for an R9 380?
