GTX 950 benchmarking much lower than settings???

I'm trying to benchmark my GTX 950 and possibly do some overclocking with it. When I run Uningine Heaven, it's only running at 450 mhz, which is WAY lower than the default settings. Any ideas???

Have you already applied an overclock? It will sometimes fail back to 450mhz is the oc failed.

That is a default speed for failsafe over clocking. It reverts to those speeds when an overclock failed. Manually set it again and increase in increments of 10 in the software.
