gtx 950,g3258 with 400w psu

will my msi 400 w (platiunum ms-400atx p4) work with gainward gtx 950 and g3258 i will overclock it probably on @4.2,and i will use 8gb ddr 3 1600 mhz.

Get a better PSU. Like an EVGA. I heard Seasonic is good too, never owned one though.

EVGA has bad units, too. No brand makes purely good units.
