From your opinion, after the release of GPUs like RX 460/ 470/ 480, GTX 10/50/50 ti/ 60, are the GTX 950 and gtx 960 still worth it? Or the R7 370 and R9 380 equivalent.

Depends on the CPU... if the card you want or CPU you have don't bottleneck each other, then it's worth it.
