GTX 950 High clocks on idle

Hello,

as the title says, I have issues with my strix 950. The problem is that gpu clocks don't go down while idling, they stay up at 900-1100MHz(core) and 3304MHz(memory). My idle temps are also around 55-60C because of the clocks. So far I've tried reinstalling drivers with DDU and installing older ones(thought that the newer ones might've been the problem), uninstalled MSI Afterburner, nothing helped.

Never mind, after trying to figure out what it was for a couple of hours, I've just now realized that it was my 4 monitors causing this. When I have more than two monitors connected, the clocks shoot up.
