gtx 950 on a 1366x768 monitor

Hey guys, so i'm planning to build a pc,i was going for a gtx 970 at first but since the prices in my country are crazy,i decided to stick to a gtx 950,currently i own a 1366x768 monitor (i know,pretty shitty) and i don't have any plans to change it for now,my build will also have an i5 4460,the main game i look forward to play is the Witcher 3,my question is will i get over 60 fps with this card on this resolution with like,high settings? and same to other games,like far cry 4,gta V etc

An i5 + 950 would max out probably every game at 720p. Your monitor likely has a 60hz refresh rate so you could expect 60hz most if not all of the time.
