Hi guys. I can get gtx 950 for rly good price in my country but i dont know it will work. I have rly old mobo. Its gf615m-p33 v2 (gpu-z says that its 1.1)
Phenom x4 955
8gb ddr3
500w antec
According to the manual it has a UEFI BIOS: "GF615M-P43/GF615M-P33 V2/GF615M-P31 V2 Series (MS-7597 v2.x) supports our easy to use MSI UEFI ClickBios II". Additionally, i chucked your build into UserBenchmark and it found no compatibility problems with your Motherboard paired with a GTX 950.
Yes the GTX 950 will work, despite the old Motherboard only running PCI 1.1, it is backwards compatible and will still work. It just means the Motherboard won't provide the full bandwidth the GTX 950 is capable of using on a PCI 3.0 bus. In which case i'd recommend you upgrade your Motherboard to a modern socket whenever you can do so to remove this problem. Hope this helps
