GTX 950 or 960 and 450W Litepower TT

So, I am planning to buy a gtx 960 or 950, but i do not know if my PSU is going to handle it.

My Specs are:

- i5-4460 3.20 GhZ/ 64 bits Windows 10
- Motherboard ASUS B85-PLUS
- 8GB RAM DDR3 (in one slot)
- GT 730
- 1920 x 1080 Res.
- Thermaltake TT450NL2NK 450W

What do you think?, it is safe to buy the new GPU?. Also, do i need to change my ram? I am very confused with the DDR3 and GDR5 that some video cards have.

If i need to buy a new PSU, which one will be useful?

If this is your PSU, I wouldn't run either one with that 25A/237W +12V rail. But if you want to chance it, do the GTX 950... and not one of the factory OC models.

This is his PSU http://www.thermaltake.com/products-model.aspx?id=C_00001755 which can handle those GPUs fine. It comes with an 8-pin and 6-pin PCIe cable even.

So maybe it isn't as bad as I initially thought. When I see Thermaltake, I immediately think low quality. But with a single 25A/237W +12V rail...
