GTX 950 or 960 for video editing?

I'm upgrading my system for both gaming and video editing. From what I've seen the 950 will be more than sufficient for the level of gaming I'm looking for, but what about video editing? I'm pairing with an AMD A10 7800 and 8GB of DDR3 1600Mhz RAM. For pure video editing and rendering at 1080p 60fps, will the extra bit of horsepower be worth the $80+ for the 960? Also, should I bother dropping the extra money for the 4GB versions of either?

most video editing software just uses the processor and memory to edit not really the video card.
their not a 4gb version of the GTX 950 that I know of.

What editor are you using some of them dont support gpu rendering.
