gtx 950 overclocking

So i overclocked my palit gefroce gtx 950 stormx dual oc overclocked to +200 core speed and +500 memory speed and it didn't even crash at benchmarks? Is it possible or what?? max temp at valley benchmark is 65 with auto fan speed and i get max fps 102 min fps 22 and avg. 52 at Extreme HD

Not going to reduce lifespan by a noticeable, no.
Your card will be long redundant before it dies.
Temps are great, and you've got a very good overclock, not to worry.
