GTX 950 ti single fan version power?

What is the recommended PSU wattage needed for a gtx 950ti psu (single fan version)? Would a 300 watt psu be enough?

There is no GTX 950 Ti. It'll depend on the rest of your system by the way, and whether the power supply is decent quality. I wouldn't generally want to run a system with a regular GTX 950 on the kind of 300W power supply you'd find in prebuilt PCs, but if it's a good unit and the rest of the system isn't power-hungry, 300W could be just about sufficient.
