Some of the games like Hitman set your Texture quality based on your VRAM and you can't change it which sucks.
But the games that you CAN actually change all of the graphics settings no matter if your GPU has 2GB or 24GB of VRAM. Is it wise for me to set Texture quality on Medium-High on new titels like Cold War ?
Will I exprience any stutter although I'm getting 50-60 FPS ?
Remember that I'm playing on a 1360x768 monitor.
