GTX 950 Xreme Or MSI Radeon R9 380

I have a small budget for a graphic card, I got only 200$ to spend, Which is better? GTX 950 Xtreme or the R9 380, I'm kinda sold on it the Xtreme 950 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xz9Yo9yhEbQ, Because JayzTwoCents did a video on it for 1080p gaming, And the R9 380 I saw in one of his videos, were outstandlly great, I had my eyes on those two graphics cards, I dont mind going over 225$ If you have any great suggestions for me, Just leave a comment.

The 380 is the best out of all 3 cards.

Is the r9 380 good for recording and gaming at the same time, I'm gonna be using fraps to record my gameplay.
