Save yourself some money and get the 960 2g, not really much of a difference if you're playing in 1080p.

But ive seen some games that are capable of eating more vram. Are the two gigs too small?
Not if you're playing in 1920x1080p. It also depends which game you're planning on playing. Games like Shadow of Mordor will use more than 2g of VRAM with the ultra texture pack. But if you wanted to futureproof a little, get the 4 gigs card. It really won't be much of a difference though.
